The CUNY Dominican Studies Institute Summer Research Internship is a signature program designed for both undergraduate and graduate students interested in conducting research in Dominican Studies. During the internship, participants engage with foundational texts in the field, develop independent research agendas, and contribute to major ongoing research projects at the Institute. Interns are also introduced to a range of research initiatives led by the Institute"s principal investigators. The curriculum includes opportunities for students to meet with community leaders and elected officials, providing invaluable insight into advocacy and political leadership through hands-on experience.
