The Queen Mary London Internship Programme provides international students with an opportunity to undertake a professional internship as part of their Study Abroad experience in London. This program is offered in collaboration with Arcadia University, the College of Global Studies, through their London Internship Programme. Participants enroll in three academic modules at Queen Mary University of London and replace a fourth module with an internship placement. Alongside their practical work experience, students complete a seminar/tutorial at Arcadia
s London Centre, which includes an academic research project and a group presentation, earning four academic credits from Arcadia University. The internship component involves working up to eight hours a day, three full days per week, over a ten-week period, allowing students to engage with London's professional environment and network with British, American, and international peers. Placements are available across diverse sectors, including advertising, arts, business operations, film & television, accounting, entrepreneurship, hospitality, journalism, law, politics, marketing, non-governmental organizations, psychology, public relations, and theatre. This program is designed to enhance students' resumes and provide valuable professional exposure within a supportive academic framework. The internships offered are unpaid.
